Mr Wolf Partners provides personalised sourcing and advisory services. Due to the nature of the service, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of Mr Wolf Partners in exceptional cases, including when no meaningful work has been performed or when an explicit service guarantee is not met.
Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:
- change of mind
- client inaction or delay
- incomplete or inaccurate client brief
- dissatisfaction with recommendations
- market conditions or third-party limitations
The service is considered delivered once research, filtering, advisory or communication work has begun.
No refunds apply to third-party services or outcomes.
Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer protection laws.
We invest real work from day one.
